Design Brief
In 2023, Moms First partnered with Boston Consulting Group to explore the financial benefits of offering childcare support to employees. The findings of this research reveal a clear link between strong childcare benefits and a successful workforce, showing that companies can reap substantial rewards by prioritizing the needs of working parents.
To encourage more employers to discover and highlight the impact of their childcare benefits, BCG Design Studios was enlisted to create a highly visually engaging publication based on these findings.
Context
This project was completed in collaboration with an incredible team of fellow designers, project managers, and case team leaders. Due to tight deadlines and frequently updated feedback, this project required a highly iterative and adaptable design approach. In addition to designing multiple spreads within the publication, I created many custom illustrations to elevate each page and ensure a cohesive look and feel.
In April of this year, the report was presented by Moms First at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
